4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. CreativeLaunchSystems retains:

• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Portfolio and testimonial rights (unless explicitly declined)

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed prior to termination.
